Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of an accountant include the following
- Generate leads.
- Meet or exceed sales goals.
- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Give sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understand and promote company programs.
- Obtain deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Prepare sales contracts for digital orders.
- Visit current clients and potential ones to evaluate their needs or promote products and services.
- Maintain client records.
- Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
- Experience in sales.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, and ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and VODO.
- Experience using computers applications for a variety of tasks.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
