Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is considered the head of Vodo Sales department, who is responsible for leading the sales team by developing and executing sales plans to increase profits, motivate salespersons and employees to achieve sales targets. He must conduct research on competitors, supply, and demand costs to determine Vodo applications prices. At the end of each month, he drafts a report and submits it to the executive team to modify and improve current sales targets strategies. In addition to managing the development of sales plans according to the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of an accountant include the following
  1. Manage the development of sales plans according to company objectives.
  2. Manage the hiring, development, and training of the sales team.
  3. Achieve the sales targets.
  4. Evaluate potential customers’ opportunities.
  5. Develop customized presentations to initiate new sponsorship deals or continue partnerships.
  6. Develop strategies, promotion packages, pricing, and renewal plans for clients.
  7. Ensure that the sales team works together effectively to achieve client objectives.
  8. Work with management to help make key client decisions and assess sales performance.

  10. Lead and motivate staff to improve services with clients.
  11. Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.
  12. Cultivate long relationships with customers to grow their loyalty.
  13. Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.

  15. Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.
  16. Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.
  17. Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products.
  18. Establish a sales training program to train new employees.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or any relevant field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
  3. Knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
  4. Capacity to manage various projects and tight deadlines.
  5. Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
  6. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
